Tina and Mark are a great team. They complement each other's skills perfectly and at least one of them is always available and responds almost immediately. First, they helped us to sell our house by generating a lot of traffic and giving us valuable advice on staging. Then we used their services to buy a house. Tina showed us houses on a snowy day navigating through sleet and snow. They did not flinch when we selected drastically different houses to see as we did not really know what we wanted. Mark helped us to sort through the features of the houses we were interested in. They recommended people and services for closing and inspection such that the closing was very smooth. Did I mention that they are just great people?
They felt like family members. Honest, patient, and understanding. Mark and Tina went above and beyond for us. This was a fast move and we had some very interesting wrinkles. They expertly helped us navigate every issue. Throughout 20 years of moves and brokers, they were hands down by a wide margin the best brokers we have ever had. We will sing their praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. I have been involved in the sales or purchase of over a half dozen homes and Mark and Tina are by far the most knowledgeable and organized that I've encountered.
What I liked best was that Mark and Tina were totally informed about all aspects of the sale. You could talk with either of them and get the answers you needed. They are a great team. If you needed anything done, they had at their fingertips great professionals to come in and make those necessary fixes. Add to that, they really know the upper makefield market. Leaving a home of 30 years is never easy, but having no issues with selling the home was one of the easier aspects of our move.
Mark and Tina embody the word "professional" in every way. Being out of town, we had peace of mind as they took control of the entire process of selling our home. They were proactive and extremely responsive to all our needs and were honest and in touch with the current housing market. We encountered some unexpected issues, but they never wavered they kept focused and on track. I have referred them to many friends and if we had the chance would retain them again.
